How do you enjoy your morning Zolt? Have you tried sprinkling it on oatmeal? Do you like to have it separately in a big glass of water to get yourself hydrated?
At Zolt, we like to do all of the above. One of our favorite ways to enjoy Zolt is as part of a super-nutritious smoothie that’ll help power our morning. Here are a few of our favorite smoothie recipes (each take 5 minutes to prep and make 1 serving).

This fresh pineapple and coconut milk combo gets even better with 20mg of CBD from Even Coconut.
- 1 packet of Even Coconut mixie stick
- 1 cup of chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup of coconut milk
- 3oz of vanilla or coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup of ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately. Garnish with toasted coconut or lime, if desired.
Nutrient-dense and full of bright flavor, this smoothie will have you firing on all cylinders in no time.
- 1 Peak mixie stick
- ½ orange, peeled and roughly chopped OR ¼ cup of orange juice
- ½ lemon, peeled and roughly chopped, seeds removed
- 3 spinach leaves
- ½ carrot peeled and chopped
- ¾ cup almond milk (or other nut milk)
Combine in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
This breakfast smoothie gets the day started right with oat milk, fruit, honey, and your favorite CBD.
- 1 Well+ mixie stick
- 1 ½ cups of oat milk
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp honey
Combine all ingredients in a blender (add ice for extra frostiness, if desired) and pulse until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
