We ship just within the continental US (and Hawaii), but hope to ship to more places soon!

Orders placed by 12pm EST will ship out same day and will follow the below schedule. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out the following business day (excluding holidays). Please note, due to the impacts of COVID, the US Postal Service is advising that some packages may experience delays above and beyond stated expected arrival timelines.

Holiday Shipping Cut-Offs: 12/15 12pm EST for USPS Standard Shipping, 12/20 by 12pm EST for UPS 2nd Day Air

Standard USPS 6-8 business days $3.99 for orders $40 and under. Orders with merchandise totals over $40* ship free (*excl. taxes, fees, shipping).
2nd Day Air UPS 1-2 business days $20

Once your orders ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update

Promotions are one-time use and cannot be combined with other offers unless indicated otherwise.

Refunds or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of the original order date. Products to be returned must be unopened and in a saleable condition. If you opt to use our pre-paid return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your return. For refund requests, please allow 1-2 weeks to be refunded back to your original form of payment. For exchanges or merchandise credit requests, these will be processed as soon as the original item is in transit back to us.

If you want to modify or cancel any of your subscriptions, you can do so at any time by logging into your account at https://heyzolt.com/my-account/. When you select “cancel”, the status will show as “pending” and our customer service team will confirm the cancellation within the current business day.  Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
